  2.     Thank you for trying AutoAdd.  I hope that it meets all your
  3.   expectations.  To that end, I rely on feedback.  You know your BBS far
  4.   better than I do.  If AutoAdd does not do what you want it to, or does
  5.   not do what it is supposed to do, let me know about it.  I pick up the
  6.   fido feed for all the support echos for the BBS types supported by
  7.   AutoAdd.  I will be more than happy to read and act on your comments
  8.   about AutoAdd's performance, good or bad.  I can't fix it if I don't
  9.   know it's broke. :-)

  11.     Please read the setup instructions carefully.  The configuration
  12.   file is complex and highly sensitive to data placement.  One missing
  13.   comma in the fielded data can really make a mess of things.

  15.     If you are really desperate for voice support, I can usually be
  16.   reached at (301) 604-5231 Saturday and Sunday.  The rest of the week,
  17.   I leave early and get home late, and more than likely, will not be
  18.   available.  For those of you that notice that the voice support is in
  19.   Maryland and the support BBS is in Florida, it's a loooong story, but
  20.   it has a happy ending! :)
